Users can access T-Shirtmonster and use the tools found in the Design Lab without providing any personal information.

Placing an Order:
When a user places an order with T-Shirtmonster, we collect personal information on a voluntary basis in order to fulfill the order. Personal information includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth, shipping address and credit card number.

Enter a Design Contest or Opening a Gallery:
If a user decides to enter a Contest or open a Gallery, we ask the user to create a username and password. We collect personal information on a voluntary basis in order to pay royalties to members for products sold. Personal information includes your name, address, date of birth, phone number, and e-mail address.

How do you secure my personal information?
Security for your personal information is of the utmost importance to us. We use industry standard secure socket layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card information before you send it to us. Access to all personal information is strictly regulated and your personal account is password protected.

How is my personal information used?
The personal information you provide will allow T-Shirtmonster to:

• fulfill your order;
• mail you royalty cheques for products sold;
• process customer service issues;
• analyze our customer demographics for marketing purposes;
• email you updates to inform you of new products, services, promotions, contests or enhancements.

T-Shirtmonster keeps members informed of new products, services, promotions, contests and website enhancements. If you do not wish to receive these updates, please select “unsubscribe” at the bottom of our email. Alternatively, you can sign into your account and update your account profile by deselecting the box currently checked “please keep me informed of T-Shirt Monster updates & special promotions”.

How do I delete my personal information from T-Shirtmonster?
T-Shirtmonster keeps personal information for members with an active account to better serve their needs. To delete this information from our records, please close your account. You must sign into your account and select “close my account” to close your account.

What are Cookies and do you use them?

T-Shirtmonster uses session cookies, which are deleted at the end of each session. Session cookies store your login so you don’t have to login from page to page.
